Pricings are based on standard logo’s. Logo’s that require additional time, large/extra amounts of thread or new thread colours to be purchased will incur additional charges. You will be contacted by the team with regards to this before we proceed with your work.
If you’re unsure before purchasing please email the team and they will help you.

All new logo’s will be set up/colour matched and a test run will be emailed to you for approval. We generally only allow for one test run piece.

We do not set up logo’s or digitalise in house.

We aim to turnaround embroidery orders within 2 to 3 weeks, however during busier times it maybe longer. If you need exact time frames, please email the team before ordering.

Please note that smaller logo’s can loose detail due to the size.

If additional wording is added to the small logo’s note it will be very small due to the size of the garments, so numbers may not be clear. We do not recommend adding numbers to the small logo’s.

We take pictures of all of our work to use for social media purposes, if you do not want your work on our social media please email the team and let them know.
